Training model of ISLL is also designed with most modern methods and it focuses on imparting correct skills in correct set of employees. At most of the sites the activities of training are SOP regulated.

TNI process of organization is well linked with PMS procedure and training needs of employees are usually ascertained based on one of the following criteria’s:

  • Performance Outcomes of PMS
  • Any New Skill / Updation / Guideline in External Environment
  • Refresher of Skills

Apart from Trainings, employees also undergo various development training (Internal and External) that prepares them for future roles in organization. The process takes place in guidance of Individual career plan in organization.
